The newest addition to our growing bangers and sausage selection - these beef bangers are thin and mild. Nine bangers in each 13 oz. tray. Shipped frozen and uncooked. Cook thoroughly and within five days of thawing. With bread crumbs in the beef mix, we label them bangers. Even though the breadcrumbs are only a tiny fraction of the contents, they are the critical element that makes these sausages taste like home. Beef bangers are in a synthetic collagen casing. Never greasy. Made in the US. 

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees.
