Finally - after tasting dozens of recipes that were not good, this one is fine! Made exclusively for Scottish Gourmet USA, our own white pudding made with pork, pork fat, barley, oatmeal, spices and onions. Shipped frozen, just slice it and fry it. Shipped in two 10 oz. logs which you can cook for a special Scottish breakfast. Freeze one, eat one!
Note to purists - this does have pork meat in the pudding - this is NOT a classic mealie pudding - and a classic white pudding would only be onions, oatmeal and pork fat or rendered lard. We tried hard to make a recipe that had only these ingredients, but simply put - pork meat was added to help bind the pudding, add flavor and keep it from being too much onion or tasting like paste. Of course, if you don't like this white pudding our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies. At $12 for two logs , it is worth a try.
