With bread crumbs in the pork sausage we can't call them sausages legally, so that's why we label them bangers. Even though the breadcrumbs are only a tiny fraction of the contents, they are the critical element that makes these sausages taste like home. Never greasy, with stronger flavor than our Scottish bangers and a dash of black pepper. None of that fennel, caraway seeds or other spices you find in sausages made in the USA.
Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees.
