Black Pudding made with pork, barley, beef blood, onions and spices. Shipped frozen, just slice it and fry it with the casing on (so it doesn't fall apart when you turn it over!) but don't eat the casing. Now in two 10 oz. logs - which you can cook for a special Scottish breakfast. This new black pudding is in thinner logs, and the recipe is more moist and less crumbly than our prior version. The spices are slightly different as well. We think you will enjoy it just as much. This product is fully cooked and can be refrozen upon arrival.
