Our best selling cheese is now baked by Brendan's brother Joe for an amazing cheese biscuit. Large 1.5 inch rounds in a cute boat - twelve biscuits in all. Organic ingredients blended with cheese made from the only dairy on the Isle of Mull, and baked in wood-fired ovens. Twelve round biscuits in each 3.5 oz. box.

Be warned, these biscuits are very very cheesy, but they are also crunchy, crumbly and delicate as a result. Don't be surprised if one or two are broken when you open them.  They're delicious even when broken.

If you are serving them for an event where you and your guests would find it unacceptable if a few of the biscuits did not retain their structure, we urge you not to buy them.
